sharpen it

Okay so, I almost didn't review this product cause its "just a sharpener" then I remembered how annoyed I've been with my last few, so if this helps someone - good! I have had a Nyx sharpener for years, and it finally wore out and the lid won't stay on anymore, so it spills CONSTANTLY lol, and I decided it was finally time to replace it. Well I bought two at Ulta. The first one ELF, because it looked JUST like my old one but was slightly cheaper, and the lid pops off day one and spills in my makeup bag. SO annoying, i delat for a couple weeks then ended up picking up another one - I *think* it was the store brand one and literally chucked it across the room because it did the same darn thing! lol, not mature but whatever. then my cats took it! So when I saw this one come up with a lid that SCREWS ON I was like - yes please! Not only does it stay closed - thank the lords! but it has quite a large reservoir so I can use it all week from my travel bag then dump it on the weekends when I am home. The medium price point isn't that big of a deal; I had just paid more than that combined for the two that wouldn't stay closed and were ultimately a waste of money. The actual sharpening is great, sharpens every pencil within 2-4 turns. I will note that I feel like I am wasting less product by using this sharpener, I haven't actually measured or checked, but with my eyes lol i have seen that it looks like its wasting less pencil. how to explain? I will have to use one of my older ones…
