How much is shipping?
  • We offer standard shipping for all U.S. states and U.S. territories [$6.90-$9.90] based on the weight of your order. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, please anticipate an additional 2-3 business days for your order to be delivered. We also offer free standard shipping on all U.S. purchases of $50 and above (excluding taxes). 

  • If you’re like us and can’t wait to receive your new POV products, we also offer expedited shipping for [$12.99]. Expedited shipping is currently not available to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories.
Where do you ship?

If you have a zip code in the US, then we can ship to you. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not ship our products internationally. We only ship to the 50 states in the U.S. and to the U.S. territories. But trust us, we’re counting down the days until we can travel abroad. We plan on expanding internationally in the future, so please sign up with your email address so you can learn the latest on our expansions.

What is your return policy?

We get it. Sometimes things aren't as you expect. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it and we will refund the cost of your purchase (excluding what you paid for shipping).

How do I return a product?

To return a product, simply email us at helpdesk@povbeauty.com and someone on our team will guide you through the process.

What should I do if I received a damaged product?

Email us immediately at helpdesk@povbeauty.com and someone on our team will guide you through the process to get a new shipment out.

Payment

How long will it take to receive myorder?

As much as we would love to give you an exact number here, we are constrained by external factors that limit our ability to perfectly predict your order time. It typically takes between 5-7 business days to receive your order depending on your location. Orders that opt into Expedited Shipping typically arrive within 2 business days after leaving our warehouse. Please note that delivery times begin once your order is dispatched—not at the time of purchase. We are committed to providing a fast delivery experience so you can enjoy your items promptly. Once you place your order, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Um, you can't. You see, once you hit the submit button, we start to prepare your order, so unfortunately there are no redo buttons available. That said, once you receive the products, if you still don't want them, then feel free to send them back for the full refund.

How can I find the status of my order?

Easy. Go to “My Account,” click on “Order Status” and select the particular order you're excited to receive.

How can I track my order?

Check your inbox. Once we ship your product, you will receive an email confirming your shipment and its respective tracking number.

My order is missing an item, what shouldI do?

We’re not perfect, and we will make mistakes. So, if you have a package that is not complete, please message us promptly at helpdesk@povbeauty.com with the full details of your order, including the missing item(s), and we will make it right.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Installments are available through Shop Pay.

When will my form of payment be charged?

Your form of payment will be charged once the order has been processed.
