    Doesn’t stay on like I thought it would.

    Glides on nicely and pretty color. Not happy with the staying power. Once I apply the gloss the first time I take a drink it’s all gone.

    Hello Joan,
    We recommend putting the liner on lips that do not have gloss or product on, and then letting the liner set for 15-30 seconds. That should ensure the transfer-proof quality! Let us know if that helps at all.

    Contour It General Review

    I like that the lip liner is long lasting. Ideally, I would love a lip liner that could smudge a bit when first applied but then would dry down and have the staying power all day. I would also love to see a light pink, inbetween Angel Cake and Dash of Cinnamon offered. I often struggle to find this light pink shade in products I otherwise like. This missing color is my favorite for my lips as it would almost match their natural color while emphasizing them a bit more. Angel Cake is a bit too pink and Dash of Cinnamon is a little too brown to match my natural color which I like. I don’t always want to change my color. I just want to outline, smudge, and emphasize a bit more.

  • what is the amp it consistency?

    Amp it is a lip treatment, an ampoule, so the texture is richer than traditional glosses. The application is meant to be applied like a treatment vs. several layers like a gloss. 

    After applying your initial swipe of color, flip the applicator and use the smooth back side to gently glide over the lips. This helps distribute the formula evenly, smoothing out any thick areas and ensuring a glassy, uniform shine from edge to edge. The clear tip was designed to visually help control how much product is dispersed for proper dosing so it never feels heavy.

  • how do I stop it from feathering or smudging?

    To keep your look sharp, start by lining your lips with Contour It before applying Amp It. Make sure to wait about 15-30 seconds so the liner can set. You can also use Contour It as a fill0-in base beneath Amp It.
